Selling a 1966 M416 trailer
I have misplaced the title during a move, but will give bill of sale and you can register as home built.
Trailer has many modifications, currently needs to be finished.
Custom tongue (fits Jerry cans and a batter box.)
Toyota drexler axle (fJ cruiser steel wheels)...
Its hard to put a tool list for a build without having some idea of what your looking to do or accomplish, or even your skill set.
On my build I didn't think I would have a need for rivets, but I used them.
Get a good drill and bits for the project! And if you can try and use the same size...
Little more done, going to finish up some odds and ends then off to blasting and paint.
Had gas struts mounted, but too heavy so waiting for my lighter ones to come. Very happy how it’s coming along, and photo for the hungry!

So I have made some progress, slow but some!
I am currently trying to figure out what gas struts I will need to lift the rack. 66# rack, and 150# tent plus 20# of hardware.

I was thinking a kitchen when wife sent it home from Afghanistan with her things in it, and I believe the new owner thinks the same. Some people love getting things cheap even if they don’t know what to use it for!

Great condition, all locks work and tight. I don’t have a use for it, but if your willing to pay shipping and get me a beer I’ll send it out. Of if you have something you like to trade also maybe that would work.
Location is Lockport NY

So made some progress, tongue fab’ed and mounted rear hitch receiver on! Will work on getting the lid mounted and mocking up the lights.
Started really thinking about adjustable rack for the tent vs. the fixed I️ planed, came across this on here. seems good, I️ will prob just mount at the...
Lid is not made from a plan, these trailer bodies have seen so much twisting and beating, they are not all the same, so a plan wouldn’t work.
