This project has been over a year in the making. Still not completed yet but getting down to the nitty gritty odds and ends. This ZJ will be my DD and used for exploring and back mountain hunting. Lots of body work (had a salvage title) done by my buddy, 3.5” rough country lift, rims & tires, bed liner to the rockers and roof, fresh paint, some trimming around the wheel wells for clearance concerns, new break lines, hub assemblies, exhaust manifold, plugs, wires, new windshield, new head unit and speakers, soon a new rough country adjustable traction bar and exhaust.
On the to get list is a winch Mount (probably rough country), rustys off-road tow hook kit, havoc 9500 or 1200 winch (haven’t decided), roof light bar, either rear roof bar or flush mount LEDs in the lift gate, and corresponding switches.
And the wish list but not near future: ARB lockers and compressor kit. As well as rock sliders. But for now I think both these can wait.
