'01 Tacoma axle relocation

Does anyone have contact information for a vendor who sells rear axle relocation/lift blocks?

I recently had an OME suspension installed on my '01 Tacoma and with the additional weight of the Flip-pac I find the rear tires rub a bit under articulation.

I think that if theses blocks would move the axle forward 3/4" and lifted the truck an inch it would solve the problem.

No I am not but I've been looking at them. I've already done a little fender trimming in the rear but I still rub in the front so I need to do something like this. The 4Crawler ones look good too. Hard to go wrong with these so just need to pick one.

My tires are 33x10.50s btw, not 255s but pretty much same deal.
