04 Chevy rear Trail Ready Bumper

Trailready rear bumper. Was making a double swing out then rolled the truck. One side spare tire other side was for a cooler or box. Passenger side swing out has a receiver hitch in the middle for a bike rake or additional storage rack. Poly performance 1 3/4" spindles, pins to lock in open position. Two recover points. Bolts on to factory mounts. Want take much to finish building.

Saw the ad and i have a few dumb questions- could you break down the functionality of the different parts on the bumper? The pin racks? And the swing out- I could mount a box and a rack on it( i already have a non bumper holder for my spare)? Also would there be any way to ship to CA? I understand thats a little crazy but maybe a freight company? Also are you selling the front bumper by any chance? thanks for your time - Sorry if these questions are annoying just not often i see parts for an 04 chevy! I have an 04 2500hd thats been turned into a tiger provan rv...
