Need to sell our first adventure vehicle, getting ready for retirement and don’t want to put it in storage while we’re driving the Pan-American.
It is located in Lewis Colorado and now has
190,067k, and we are asking $45,000 as it sits with everything listed, I’m pretty sure it cost us much more to put it all together from scratch, but as we need to pare down belongings we would rather sell it intact and have someone enjoy it rather than piece it out or let it sit in storage.
We bought it 3rd owner as a stock vehicle with around 160K on it. We have put a lot of time into building it up and have enjoyed driving it from Colorado and the southwest up to the Icefields parkway in BC.
The build started from the suspension up, from adjustable panhards, Ome upper and lower control arms to new birfields, new Black Rhino wheels and Toyo tires in 285 75/16. The engine is the original 3FE, not the fastest but we have taken it pretty much anywhere with no trouble.
Front ARB bumper, warn winch, safari snorkel and ARB compressor on the front end to a Kaymar bumper with dual tanks and 5th wheel with a propane bottle and mount and frontrunner dropdown table.
The interior has been updated to include Scheelman vario f heated seats, and a tuffy security box center console. The rear seats have been removed to install a frontrunner slanted tank, DC power distribution box a Dakota inverter and Expion 360 lithium battery powering a national luna 70L fridge/freezer and Ironman water pump.
There is a k-9 roof rack supporting Alu Cab 3R tent with backrest futon, table, 270 awning and a Hest mattress with an Explor 180 watt flexible solar panel mounted on top.
Included is a 22” cooks partner stove and Hot Box diesel heater.
Hate to get rid of it but decided we wanted something that would offer a little more comfort on such a long road trip . It is set up for pretty much anything you want to do. There are a few paint issues around the door handles and a chip in the windshield. The caster needs some correction, planned on doing drop boxes but don’t really have the time now.
