12v Compressor fridge at Costco.

Just want to give a 3 year update on the Massimo CX50. It has lived 98% of its life inside of my Florida sun-baked Land Cruiser and recently a part of the digits in the digital display burned out, turning an 8 into a 6. Otherwise, it still does the job when keeping food cool during grocery shop runs and camping trips. Well worth the sub three hundred dollars spent, as far as budget buys go.

I've had a CX50 bouncing around the back of my Excursion for over three years, it's still kicking. 100% worth it if a more expensive fridge isn't in the budget, this thing owes me nuthin' at this point.

For gits and shiggles, a 5 year update: The use of the fridge remains unchanged, more LCD screen digits stopped working (getting hard to make out what it says). I've reached out to the brand (can't rightly call them a manufacturer) and they sell replacement control/display for approx $46 (+$5 for shipping) on their eBay store. While I still feel this was a good budget-buy and it's served me well (cheaper than a YETI and never required ice) I'm not sure if it's worth spending nearly 20% of the initial cost to replace the LCD. What do y'all think?
