1986 Ford F-250 Motorhome.
I think it is worth around $8,000 but I need to sell this week and have dropped the price to sell it right away.
Manual stick shift. 2 or 4 wheel drive. I've driven it on steep snowy/muddy mountain roads and never came close to being stuck or losing control.
It is the size of a pick up truck. 19 feet long. Fits in a normal parking spot. Some cities such as San Francisco have RV size restrictions. This one is legal in SF.
This RV is designed for someone that wants to be able to drive off road into no man's land and live off grid. But I mostly used it for street camping and loved that it was small enough to parallel park in busy cities.
20MPG.
351 CID (5.8 L) Windsor V8
No leaks. No water damage. Engine and everything mechanical is great. No body damage. Starts up easy. Interior is clean and functional.
3 new solar panels connected to an auxiliary marine battery. I worked full time while traveling. I used lights, internet hotspot, my laptop and a swamp cooler all day and never ran out of electricity and stayed cool. Swamp cooler is gone. Cost $75 to replace.
New back up camera.
Bed above the cab is 5'x6'9''x3'. Two benches below fold into a bed. Designed to sleep 4 adults but I've squeezed 6 in before.
Mini fridge. Full size sink. 3 burner stove.
A tiny bath tub + shower. A brand new never used portable toilet.
Two 12 pound propane tanks that run the stove, fridge, heater and hot water tank.
Radio with ipod, usb and auxiliary in adapter and a remote. Low end speakers.
A pull out awning.
A removable tow rack that can carry a motorcycle.
Good brakes.
Tires still have life but they could use re-alignment. The alignment isn't very noticeable while driving but is causing noticeable wear on tires.
2 jacks. Spare tire is no good.
Lots of storage.
Hidden lockable safe bolted to the floor.
Three rooftop windows.
Belts, hoses and other rubber are all still good.
2 fuel tanks. The spare gas tank is disconnected and needs a new Fuel Tank Selector Valve. Cost about $300 for parts and labor. I didn't think it was worth it. One gas tank was enough for me.
Two 25 gallon water tanks. 1 leaks. 1 tank was more than enough for me so I didn't worry about it. One 25 gallon grey water tank. 1 portable 5 gallon water tank.
I have all the manuals for the appliances and most of the receipts for maintenance.
106,000 miles. Tan color.
