This rare and very desirable classic Greyhound Bus was constructed by General Motors in 1954 and has been registered as an RV since 1995. This is an all steel construction not like the new particle board RVs that you can buy now-a-days. With time, attention and money this has the potential to be one of the finest vacation or touring rigs in the world. The power plant is a Detroit 8v-71 Series 9.4L V8 with a 4 speed manual transmission. The process of converting into an RV is partially underway. It has only 2 captains chairs and other than that all the seats have been removed. Included in the sale are holding tanks for both fresh water and waste water that have not yet been installed and it includes extra windshield and airbags for the suspension. Runs and drives! Perfect project. Call to make offer!

My take:
Cool ride that doesn't come up too often.

These things are really cool, and the interior has that little staircase leading to the upper seats. I think they were PD 4501s. Originally equipped with two GM 4-53s (or was it 4-71s?), one to propel the bus and the other to run A/C etc...
