Decided to sell the mog. Clean 1960 404.114 Unimog camper. Camper needs work but would be a good start for someone. It starts right up and runs, shifts good. Stops just fine but are still the manual drum brakes.
Tires are in good shape with a spare. Tub has been bed lined inside and out in blue but the outside could use a polish up.(which I may do this weekend)

I have and am picking up some more parts this coming week. Included in this I am picking up an OE flat bed from another 404 that is yellow.

Here are a few pictures I have posted in another thread.

I am open to offers and trades but would like to get $10,500 with everything I have for it. Has a clean colorado title.

I can send pictures of the flat bed but the camper is still on the mog and I don't want to remove unless there is a deal.
I will post one or 2 I have

Actual speed? Turbo?

So on my U1300L i get a real effective highway speed of about 40mph. You mention in the ad a max speed of 59mph, but no mention if it's got turbo or not. I assume it's not got the fast axles.

How have the hubs held up? Are they overheating and has you or previous owners had problems with them. Unimogs and hub problems happen, just wondering with this one. I honestly shouldn't think about getting a unimog in the US until i get done selling mine parked in Brazil. But i do have a buyer lined up and am heading back north for the summer....

Well considering its a 404. It'll be gas and the 404 will go 59 as is. I don't think their are fast axles for a 404
