New work done: Added full top Sound deadend full interior 150mil red close cell foam for heat and cold on full top amd fromt end by engine bay Carpeted whole interior Electric fuel pump Pusher fan Autometer temp gauge Sale or TRADE::: Tacoma 4dr 4x4, BMW (equal value), or ???...i am not in a hurry or desperate I am open to offers as well... 1964 Scout 80 TRUCK version from factory with steel truck hardtop...not alot left like this TRUCK RUNS GREAT: YOU CAN TAKE THE TOP OFF DROP WINDSHIELD AND TAKE DOORS OFF....It has the metal hardtop this is the original factory set up....not alot of these out there 74k original miles motor has 60k and you won't find a 196cu in a 80 they came out after 1966. So its an even rarer setup... 95% original runs great drives like a 64 scout truck It is the truck version has full tops but it is a truck version. Starts right up 2 pumps and fires up... THINGS THAT HAVE CHANGED -raptor lined rear -added frs seats new mount on passenger side -put a IH 196 rebuilt t90 tranny, new clutch, d18 dual stick went through -replaced water pump -pointless electronic ignition pertronix -new wires -resevoir tank for coolant -new crowne stainless steel front brake lines -new front brakes -repacked front bearings -did a new rear bumper and trimmed rear -redid a dodge carb with self choke and diaphragm -redid blinkers -fixxed horn -installed side view mirrors -replaced muffler -d44 rear scout axle -added new brackets and a jeep fold and tumble rear seat for the kids -jeep JK wrangler headlight rounds with HID conversion so lights are bright (Needs new heater core this one has a small leak, has a couple small leaks on tcase seals) All lights work, drives great shifts great. It is 4x4 the front axle will need to be clocked back for better drive shaft angle -original owner did this spring over) I have the passenger side gas tank out right now...repainting it and redoing fuel pick up Windshield folds down, doors come off, top comes off, back wall is removable of you want its factory but unbolts... Hydraulic wipers work new blades on it
