Its a great idea - just too bad its on a unimog 404... too uncomfortable to drive long distances. I wonder what it weighs now too. It would be an interesting idea for a 406 or 416 chassis with more of a focus on keeping the weight low and making it look more "integrated" - maybe use a 70's type VW bus body instead - much lighter and the rounded shape would look better.
Can't imagine how it can "sleep 8 people" as the ad states... must be very friendly people!
Also looks like a box on the passenger side hangs down very far?

Friendly...well put. Speculative analysis of ability of people to peacefully sleep in an area where two will maybe tolerate each other for a week, with nary a crass word. Or is that a cross word...as long as there seldom is herd....which would be all one heard when the snoring started. Ok, I'll stop.
