I bought this from the owner of a foreign car repair shop seven years ago. It was his personal vehicle for a number of years. He did a complete rebuild down to the bare frame. Rebuilt engine, transmission and axles. New brakes, lines, starter, generator, tires,....
I used it to plow my driveway in the winter when I lived in upstate NY. It was not driven on the roads in the winter salt. I brought it with me to northern California last year but have found that I just don't use it much at all. It has a newer removable factory canvas top also. Runs great and has never let me down- even in -20 degree weather. As strange as it sounds, it has been the most reliable vehicle that I've ever owned. I'd love to keep it but I'm not Jay Leno.
I have pictures but keep getting an "upload failed" message.
