New W463 radiator and external reservoir installed. Manages summer ambient temps nicely.

Added W463 Radiator and cooling system. I will post a video of it driving up a mountain pass with temp monitoring here shortly.

Removed, and resurfaced interior floor for oxidation protection. The floor was solid and had minor surface rust at drain plugs; it is resolved now.
