Up for sale is my 1989 Provan Tiger GT RWD built on the Astro chassis. This rare camper is in great condition with just over 25000 miles on a crate motor. I'm selling the camper because it has become a spare vehicle that just sits in my backyard. The camper has many upgrades, here are the details:
Odometer reads 115284
Crate motor installed at 94,000, so about 21,284 miles on motor.
New brake booster and master cylinder.
Exhaust system replaced within last 3 years, just passed emissions in Utah, no problems there.
Leaf springs replaced 5 years ago. Control arm and bushings replaced.
Air shocks installed 8 years ago.
Steering gear box, power steering pump, starter, and ac compressor have all been replaced.
Headliner and sun visors replaced.
Driver and passenger seats replaced with Mazda MPV captains chairs.
Driver side interior and exterior door handles and latch replaced.
Replaced fuel pump and relay one year ago.
Tires in excellent condition. Kumho Road Venture AT51.
Camper:
1 piece aluminum roof, headliner and insulation replaced.
2 x Fantastic Fans.
LED lights.
Pop-up material replaced 8 years ago along with lift panels (purchased from All Terrain Campers). Lift panels are 2 inches taller than standard, more headroom in camper.
Bamboo vinyl floor.
Replaced L shaped couch and cushions.
Engel Fridge (old fridge service access converted to outside storage).
Progressive Dynamics Converter - switched to Lithium.
New Lion Energy Lithium UT 1300 battery.
Redarc 1240 BCDC 40A 12V battery charger.
160 w Renolgy flexible solar panel.
Has shore power access.
Replaced furnace motor, motherboard, and sail switch.
Wood above cab (sleeping area) and by door replaced.
Camper door replaced.
Water pump and lines replaced a couple of years ago.
Faucet replaced.
ShadyBoy Awning.
Hot water heater removed and space converted to outside storage.
Shower, toilet, and holding tank removed. Had to remove shower pan to replace the fuel filler neck.
Under-carriage propane tank removed and sealed box holds propane tanks and vents through old shower drain in floor. Holds and will be sold with a 20 lb. horizontal propane tank (not pictured).
Safe T Alert Propane Gas & Carbon Monoxide alarm replaced November 2024.
Installed exterior quick connect h2o access port.
Known Issues: AC is not blowing cold, compressor replaced in 2014. Rear wall of camper has water damage, I did not fix as it does not affect how camper works. The paint shows age of 30 year old camper, but no rust.
This camper has been on many adventures, runs amazingly, is turnkey, it just needs a new home.
