With great sorrow.....we are parting with our 89 Land Cruiser. We just do not have the time, money or energy to put into it anymore. It has been kept in its original state, with no aftermarket ad-ons except for a new radio. 171,000 miles, 4x4, 6cyl, 4speed automatic asking $23,000 and Located in North Carolina. The engine is running great, because We have kept it maintained at Toyota.
Needs a few minor fixes; Antenna was bent, so it will not automatically retract anymore, but the motor for the antenna still works. Just need to get the antenna mast replaced. A/C went out last spring, have not had the time to troubleshoot it. Could be something simple as a belt or Freon.
Driver window is off the track and needs to be realigned.
The window lock button just broke off, so now all the back and passenger windows are locked. Was removing black paint off the rims to return them to their original glory, but I just do not have the time to finish that project.
The paint is fading in a couple small spots.
Have had it serviced at Toyota multiple times. The following are what Toyota did, and there are receipts to prove: - New transfer case - New exhaust - New muffler -New head gaskets - had engine completely cleaned and detailed It has been garage kept. Great vehicle!
