Not EXACTLY. Though I would be willing to bet that it's bent slightly "upward" at the leading edge of the front axel, closer to the wheel.

Any shop that narrows axles should be able to put it in their jig. Probably just needs the end cut off and rewelded straight.

That would be a highlight for sure. The broken axel shaft is an $900-1100 part, so I've already got that to contend with.
