1994 E250 dangerous brake pull

Hey everyone! First post here, and I’m seeking some guidance/advice.
I bought a low mileage (83k miles) 1994 E250 about a year ago, and it’s been a bit of a headache since I purchased it. I’ve dropped a good chunk of change into it getting it ready for the road. A few months back I noticed that the van would pull violently to the left after applying the brakes. The harder they’re applied, the harder it pulls. It’s bad enough to where it is dangerous at highway speeds. It only does it after driving it for a few miles down the road. When it’s cold, it stops straight. I got new tires on it before I started working on the brakes.
I replaced the basics:
  1. Both calipers and pads
  2. Both front brake lines
  3. Replaced metal brake line over rear axle which was leaking.
  4. Wheel cylinders on the rear which looked kinda moist

I figured it should be good after replacing that but still the same problem. It didn’t improve one bit. I took it to a mechanic and they replaced the caliper guide pins, and even went as far as replacing the abs module ($500 part) because the scanner was putting up a fault code that pointed to the module. Problem still persist.
He took it a step further, replaced shocks, bushings on the front end, and tightened up the steering box which had a little slop but not terrible. They also checked the brake pressure with a special meter they have that confirms when cold, pressure is identical on all all 4 wheels at the bleeder valve. After all of this, the exact problem is still present.
Fortunately the shop has cut me a deal since they were not able to fix the problem, but I’m out a good amount of money, and at this point, very seriously thinking about selling the van as is.
Has anyone had any issues with an e250 like this before?
I would greatly appreciate any feedback at all.

How are your front rotors? You may have one that is out of true or warped, causing an uneven application of pressure when you apply your brakes.

Try replacing the master cylinder and booster. Only things left in the brake system that you have not replaced. I've heard of masters leaking in the bore and causing issues. Good luck.

Flex line. Sometimes if they have a flap inside they can allow pressure intermittently. Master Cylinder and booster wouldn't lead to pull.
