I’m putting my 80 up for sale this time…VADD strikes again!!!

Actually no, honestly, this time my wife is going back to school and the funds will be used to support her, I’m also building a new house which seems to be consuming lots of funds! No trades this time…bummer.

This is a really, really clean 80. I got it from a good friend in a deal for my HZJ75 Troopy and I feel like I am probably letting him down by selling it after all the blood, sweat and tears he put into it…I’m sorry Greg.

Pretty much anyone at Olde North State Cruisers and surrounding clubs can speak to the quality of this rig. Greg (ONSC founder) had it for a long time and made sure everything was always perfect, even so much as replacing the motor with a new OEM block when the head gasket blew. It was pretty much his baby and wheeling/camping rig. It has never been abused, heck I don’t know if it has even ever been a daily driver considering it has less than 150k miles and is almost 20 years old! It really is a pretty ideal cruiser – I mean it is unbelievably clean with a brand new OEM motor and completely built with factory lockers…what more could anyone want?

Engine:
• New OEM Toyota 1FZFE engine block with rebuilt head @ 146,316 (~150,000 miles now)
• New Stainless Exhaust with new cats and muffler, tucked up for protection
• New water pump, timing chain, gaskets, hoses, filters, etc.
• New Diehard Platinum Battery
• Blue Fan Clutch Upgrade

Suspension:
• OME “J” Kit with control arm Drop Brackets (4”)
• 1” Spring Spacer in the front
• Drop bracket for rear panhard rod
.
Tires:
• Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ 315/75/16, great tread left with practically new spare

.Mods:
• York 210R On Board Air System w/3 gallon tank under rear and bumper disconnect
• Greatlakes waterjet on board air bracket with CNC Pulley
• FJ60 series hand throttle
• IPF driving lights
• John Deere headlight bulb upgrade
• Center Diff Lock Switch
• ARB front bumper with Warn M12000 winch
• Iron Pig skid plates
• Metal Tech sliders
• 4x4 labs rear bumper with custom tire swing-out (needs license plate relo)
• Scion radio upgrade with new speakers throughout
• New leather 1st and 2nd row seats, clean original leather on 3rd row
• Landtank seat extender brackets
• New seat gears for power seats
• Slee Off Road Drop brackets for Sway bars
• Everything on the interior works, even the D light

Minor Issues:
There is a dent near passenger side front door from an off-road incident, it doesn’t affect door opening at all. There are also a couple of spots on the flares where the paint is faded. Leather on the shifter handle is worn and could be replaced. Please see pictures for all of these.
