1995 E 350 with 7.3 PSD 4x4 Van (air bag light in dash flashs ?)

I have a 1995 E 350 4x4 pro converted van with a 7.3 PSD ever since i had it the in dash air bag light comes on flashs 3 times and goes out then comes on again in like 45 seconds flashs 3 times again it does this over and over. im just wondering what that meens ?
Van only has one air bag in the stearing wheel. theres a air bag sensor down under the body on the passenger side looks fine. i dont even care if the thing has a air bag or not really. but thought someone here might have and answer to why that light flashs like that?

Not sure if this is the same on a 1995, but I have a 1997 E350. My air bag light was having similar issues. I checked the wiring under the passenger seat and a wire had come loose. Fixed the wire and the light went out.
