1995 ford club wagon e350 4x4 $5500 Good deal?

"I have a 1995 ford van, has one ton axles. 351, auto transmission, 79xxx miles. I believe it came factory. It was an old highway patrol. One ton van with 4 wheel drive, and would like 5500. It's pretty clean and we'll taken care of."
Everything works, no leaks. Ac works. No rust body I'd give a 10, and paint would be 7.5-8 or so paint peeling on roof, and a couple scrap makes on the side buy nothing g to bad.

Assuming the 4x4 conversion is well done that certainly seems like a great deal to me. 'Factory' 4x4 is probably Quigley.

As long as no rust it is a good deal.
Make sure it is not some weird off brand 4x4 conversion.
