If you Google search the VIN shown...a couple of versions of this ad come up...the story line changes from ad to ad (new kids, investing in new business...), as well as different points of contact.

I would hope any potential serious shopper heeds the the big yellow "CAUTION" sign that I see along the road ahead.

A huge red flag should be the fact that it's listed as a V12. Don't think Cummins ever built a 5.9L V12, and Dodge certainly never installed one in their trucks.

The VIN comes back as a 1998 Dodge 2500 Ram Pickup 4WD 6TD

I THINK they are referring to it being a 12 valve motor, since those are more desirable than the later 24 valve motors to alot of folks.

The truck and the folks selling it are legit, I know them and of their travels. Truck and trailer have been from Az to all the national parks up to glacier, then all around the west and pacific northwest and back to Nevada. The owners are from Austria, their english is ok, just typos in the add. They are legit and on the up and up.

This truck sold about 6 months ago. If I remember correctly it was sold to a European wanting it to explore North America so it seems right.
