I am selling my 1998 Ford E150 Chateau Advanced 4x4 Conversion Van

The Good:
The van was converted by Advanced 4x4 Vans in Salt Lake City.
(Parts are still available)
It only has 139,000 miles.
Interior is in excellent condition (4 Captains Chairs)
15” Aluminum Wheels
It comes with a set of fender flares.
Front & Rear AC/Heat
It will fit 33” tires
Transmision is strong.
Dana 44 HD front differential
New Warn locking hubs

The Not so good:
The 5.4 Triton V8 needs new heads or Intake manifold.
It does have some body rust.
Will need new tires.
Therefore I have decided to sell it in As-Is condition.
It will need to be towed.
