I believe these are Yakima viper bike racks. Comes with two racks for bikes and key for locks. Racks are fully functional and work great. There is a bit sun fading. I suppose this could be addressed with some armor or back to black wipes if you cared. These mount on Yakima round bars. Could probably be fitted to square Thule bars with some creativity or zip ties.
