Selling my truck and camper, searched for a while to find the perfect combo. Truck has only 76000 Original miles on it. F-350 is a 7.5L gas, 2WD, 5 speed, Crew cab with long bed XLT Lariat (Cruise control, power windows, power locks). Bed and body are in perfect shape, this is an Arizona Rig and everything is super dry. Has airbags in the rear and an uncommon higher GVWR of 9200 vs the usual 8800 for these trucks. This is due to the long and better distribution of weight. Last year of the carb, first year of brick nose.
Truck:
New clutch and resurfaced flywheel with 3k miles
4 Brand new Cooper Discoverers LT load range E with 1k miles
frame welded tie downs to match camper
New converted A/C system blows ice cold (Was $1200)
New coolant reservoir and flush last month
New starter motor, Ignition module, Edelbrock 750 CFM carb, Coil, and Motorcraft wires with Autolite plugs last week (about $1k total)
New suspension bushings, original rubber ones were disintegrated.
The wheels are really nice, either Magnesium or Aluminum. If you are going to offroad a lot I would put steelies on.
New clearance lights (LED)
Added a switch that opens the circuit between the truck and camper so you don't need to unplug the camper the prevent it from draining the truck battery.
Dual tanks, total of 55gal
new fuel pump in rear tank
I've done all this work because I stay on top of everything to keep it running perfect. I go on long trips to extremely remote places in the gila wilderness, with large changes in altitude and temperate and can't afford to have anything go wrong. Lots of preventative work done to keep this rig tip top. I have had no problem offroading this truck with the camper in Moab in ice and mud. Can handle all but the most intense rock crawling or softest sand, even being 2wd I have driven in a foot of snow. Oil pan gasket does leak a few drops and marks it's spot. Took all the smog equipment off and now it runs great but I still have the parts. Bench seats front and rear seats 6.
Camper:
2000 Lance 1020, 10'11" floor length 2600 lbs dry. Very clean, everything works, 0 damage or leaks
2x7gal LPG recertified in Feb 2021 and New changeover regulator
36gal fresh. I think the black is 15gal and grey is 20gal.
New sureflo water pump, fantastic fan and atwood furnace.
Electric jacks
Large (5 or 6 cu ft.) 3 way fridge
New queen mattress north-south facing.
3 burner range with oven
6gal water heater
Full wet bath with new thetford commode, new sewer hose included and unused
Happijack turnbuckles

Carefree awnings on passenger side and over rear door
Whoever put this camper together at Lance really paid attention, because all of the cabinets and counters are book matched with nice grain.
Dinette turns into a bed, child's cot up above.
Moon roof/ escape hatch over bed.

Will include brand new in box never used 2kw Yamaha portable generator, also has 50w of solar installed with charge controller
I added a piece of angle iron on both sides where the eye bolts attach to the 1x2s inside the camper, to add further stability and spread out any tension put on the eyebolts.
Replaced all the lights with LED
Both truck and camper have <1 year old batteries
Roof is in great shape, was resealed I believe in 2019.
I initially purchased this rig with the intent of living full time, and some tourist traveling to national parks and boon docking. It is perfect for that, plenty of room and comfort. now I want to downsize into a smaller 4x4 and do some more serious overlanding.
Purchased rig for ~30k and invested another 6k, Asking $22,000. Located in Tucson, AZ
