Now that I have completed the build on my "dream 3rd gen", it's time for me to move on to another project. This truck was built with no expense spared, using only top quality equipment, and the work has all been done by expert Toyota enthusiast mechanics. This truck is completely dialed in, as reliable as a Toyota should be, and is as capable as just about anything you can find. It runs and drives excellent, tracks perfectly down the road at highway speeds. The engine does not have any drips or leaks, and starts up perfectly every time. You can drive this truck anywhere. The amount of maintenance, upgrades, and modifications on this rig is EXTENSIVE. Just about everything that can be upgraded or replaced has been. I have a very detailed build sheet with everything that's been done, and retail cost on the parts alone is over $45K, not including the vehicle or labor cost I have invested. Happy to share the build sheet with serious buyers. I could probably part this thing out for the same as my asking price - but I want to see it live on. Here's a condensed version of the parts list & modifications.
Engine: TRD Supercharger, URD 7th Injector Kit, URD 2.2 Pully, Magnaflow Overland exhaust w/ high flow cat, new OEM charcoal cannister, valve cover and supercharger gaskets have been replaced. All injectors have been replaced.
Suspension: Radflo 2.5" coilovers w/ remote res, Radflo 12" rear smoothies w/ remote res, OME 861 springs, FGP real shock relocation kit, OPT Offroad rear 4 link kit, SPC UCA's (brand new SPC upper ball joints), NEW OEM LCA's, new Duro bumpstops, Energy poly body mount bushings, Sky's panhard bar, , welded spindle, shock tower, link reinforcements, panhard correction kit, cam eliminator plates.
Steering: Brand new Toyota OEM steering rack, steering pump, inner and outer tie rods.
Brakes: New OEM Toyota Tundra brake Calipers, rotors, and pads. Extended stainless brake lines. New master cylinder.
Drivetrain: ECGS 4.88 gears (3rd member recently rebuilt), ARB air lockers (front & rear) w/ ARB compressor, Tom Woods front & rear driveshafts, new NAPA extended travel axles & seals, Hayden trans cooler, Transgo shift kit, (5) SCS F5 16X8 wheels, Spidertrax spacers, 5 Toyo AT3 295/75-16 E load tires (less than a year old), new OEM Toyota front wheel hubs & wheel bearings.
Armor: Addicted Offroad plate bumper, SRQ swingout bumper w/ spare mount & dual jerry cans, BudBilt front skid plate, White Knuckle rock sliders, rear axle welded bash plate.
Recovery: Warn EVO-10S winch (new) w/ Factor 55 Flatlink
Exterior & Lighting: Victory roof rack, TRD Pro grille, 4 pairs of Baja Designs Squadron lights, Baja Designs S2 chase lights, SRQ custom retro-fit headlights, TEQ corner lights, Auxbeam switch
Interior: Corbeau Trailcat seats w/ custom brackets & seat jackers, Scanguge, boost gauge, AFR gauge, Midland MXT-275 GMRS radio, LCE a pillar gauge mount
Audio: AudioFrog 3 way front components (GB10, GB40, GB60) in Qforms kickpanel enclosures. JL Audio VX800/8i and VX1000/1i dsp amplifiers, JL Audio 12w7-ae in a custom enclosure, Alpine ILX-W650 carplay headunit, JL Audio VXi-hub w/ remote volume and bass knob, LOTS of sound deadening throughout the interior, quality Sky High & Knukonceptz wiring throughout. This is a VERY high end audio system, and I would consider selling the truck without it.
THE BAD: The original paint is 25 years old. I've done the best I can to keep it looking as good as possible, but its not perfect. The rear hatch has some dents in it, and the front passenger fender has a dent as well. There has been some cutting in the wheel wells to make the 34" tires fit (no rubbing). Keyless entry is not working, I believe the FOB has to be programmed.
This is an enthusiast owned vehicle, garage kept. DM me if you want a closer look.
