I purchased this van from the original owners who had it built at Sportsmobile Fresno. They used it to travel between their homes in San Diego and Montana. They told me that they had hardly ever taken the van off road except for one Sportsmobile - sponsored rally soon after purchase. The van had always been stored indoors and it shows, the paint still shines well. My family of four used the van for camping around Western Montana and traveling to our local ski area and had great amounts of fun. We own two Sportsmobiles (A Sprinter and the Ford) and rarely use this one so I am reluctantly advertising it for sale because my wife doesn't think we need two! I am in no big hurry to sell because it is my favorite, I absolutely love driving around in it. Mechanically the van is as solid as any I have seen. It has always been properly maintained and nothing has been modified beyond the original Sportsmobile build. I just had it serviced at the local Ford dealer and they also checked out the whole vehicle and said it needs nothing. I also have all original documents and some of the maintenance history. I am happy to discuss and provide more photos to those who are interested. Please PM for more information. This Sportsmobile is ready to go for the next owner to enjoy. The Van is located in Western Montana. More pictures here: http://mayphly.imgur.com/ Video of interior here: https://youtu.be/5KDYmAQSPrw

I believe most common places like Good Sam won't lend money on a RV older than 7 years. That's why a lot of these very nice older rvs that go for $40-60k sit for a while, most folks don't have that laying around.
If you do find a place please post up, it would help lots of people.

OP, nice rig glws

Do you have it posted on the SMB forum? I can't believe someone there hasn't snagged it already.
