The conversion can be done at Ujointoffroad, which is only an hour from where the van is located and I would be glad to take the van to them. I have completed the interior with 4 Captains chairs and a fold out rear seat that were made for Explorer van co. The 2 front seats are 6-way power. The van has 142k miles and gets 16-19 mpg.
