2003 superduty bulb selection?

Hey all, looking to upgrade my driving lights.I have considered going to 05-07 headlights but read mixed reviews about lumens. Not sure which bulbs are in there now but I'm sure there cheap. I read something about 80/100 w but relays and other things were going to be needed. Just looking for some advice.

Just get a set of Sylvania ZXE. Good light fraction of the cost. I have them in my F150 big improvement over OEM.

Spoke with my father in law. Thats what he is running they are nice. Seems like a solid choice
