2004 Fleetwood Mesa
I’m the second owner and have owned for 1 year and used on 2 trips. Original owner kept in the garage, washed, waxed, and vacuumed after each of their trips. The original owner only used on 7 trips. I have kept it in my garage since I’ve bought it. This pop up camper sleeps 7-8 comfortably. All paperwork and manuals included.
Exterior is in a 9.5 out of 10. The front passenger light is currently cracked but I will replace this. There are no cracks, holes, or leaks. The roof is alumtite not the ABS plastic roof from previous years Fleetwood and Coleman, it never leaks. The pop up was lifted by 6” with new tires installed June 2018. Tires only have 1200 miles on them from 1 trip. Bearings have been repacked with grease. Currently 1 propane tank and new battery come with it, there is a spot on the tongue to have another propane tank but I never added the hardware to be able to carry the second bottle.
Interior is a 9.5 out of 10. There are 2 king size beds, dinette lays down for a bed, and there is a front couch area that also can be transformed to a bed. The A/C and heat work very well. Refrigerator works well. There is a 3-burner stove and sink, plenty of storage for supplies, games, etc. There are no stains, tears, leaks from any of the canvas or windows and looks near new condition. I used water proof canvas spray and applied to all the exterior canvas. The floor has one spot by the door in linoleum that looks to be chipped (about 1" by 1" in size); we always put a door mat over this area to wipe feet off any ways and it was never an issue for us.
Upgrades: I upgraded over the bunk ends with pop up gizmos (google the website), basically they are covers that help keep the bunk ends cooler in the summer (avg 20 degrees cooler) and in the summer help retain heat. I also upgraded the electrical system with a blue sea setup having multiple 12v plugs and usb ports. Interior lights are LED.
Empty weight is 2300 lbs and can be easily pulled by a van or small SUV.
Located in Springtown, Texas
Price: $6200 OBO
