We purchased this trailer in 2017 and it has served us well, extending our camping season with the built-in heater! We loved the storage and the beds are super comfortable - see pictures. Kids are now at an age where they prefer their separate tents so we don’t need all the interior bedding spaces. The camper was in great condition when we purchased it and we have made additional upgrades and modification, listed below. Please note, this camper does NOT have a refrigerator. We used a 12v portable fridge in that location, which we is not for sale.

Overall condition of the trailer is EXCELLENT. There is zero mold/smoke/pet issues or odors. It is clean and comfortable. All mattresses and interior furnishings are in good condition. Water tank is currently empty but the electric and hand pumps both worked last time they were tested. The electric pump still turns on when tested.
Additions/Replaced Parts/Upgrades
Canopy: the original canopy poles were incredibly heavy and have been replaced with lightweight telescoping poles. (see pics)
Roof: Roof does not leak when open or closed. The canvas tent covering does not leak in light rain. We never camped in heavy rain.
Tires: Good Year Wrangler Radials in Excellent Condition
Battery: New 100 amp hour battery in upgraded battery box.
New welded structure to hold battery box.
Brakes: Electric brakes and breakaway brakes in good condition.
Two burner stove: original stove replaced with brand new two burner stover that fits in original shelf for outside cooking. (no grill)
Safety Chains: Upgraded with professionally installed heavy duty safety chains.
Hubs: Bearing Buddy hub protectors installed for easy lubrication and protection
Added safety handle for entering and exiting the trailer. (see pics)
Purchased CA permanent trailer registration

Fitted large black utility box in cargo area by battery
Furnace: The furnace thermostat has been replaced and works. The Furnace blows very hot!
USB Ports: Added a auxiliary power line with a shutoff breaker at the battery box. It has a fuse panel in a waterproof box below trailer. USB and 12V cigarette style ports added near King Bed. (see pics) Also added a Anderson Power Pole style outlet on trailer frame. (this can easily be switched to USB style or for any other need. All auxiliary ports are individually fused at the fuse box.
Known Issues:
• Some normal wear and tear based on age.
• Two patches in the plastic screen of the canvas (left of the door) (see pic)
• The original fridge was not present at time of purchase and has not been replaced. (we used a 12v portable fridge in that location)
• There is a crack (see photos) in corner of the counter top to the storge area to the right of the door as you walk in.
• The Door to the trailer is operational but due to the original design of the door it requires gentle handling.
• Exterior light left of door needs new switch. Plastic switch is frozen.
