Great for off-grid/boondocking. The furnace CRANKS – have stayed warm in plenty of snow storms (camped in Buena Vista in February last winter and stayed toasty). Light weight, tows great even with the 8" lift. Fridge, water pump, water heater, toilet, stove, fan, furnace – all in great working order. Upholstery in great shape, no rips. Located in the Durango, CO area.
Known issues:
Trailer brakes don't seem to work, never really have. Never been an issue pulling with a Tacoma because the trailer is so light.
Weatherstripping needs to be replaced. (Kits are available from Aliner, we bought one a few years ago and now it needs another).
Lift assist bungies need to be replaced, also available from Aliner.
Might need a new shower curtain. We have the original but it is a little crunchy – don't know that it has ever been used...
One of the main side wall hinges has started pulling away, we installed a bunch of additional support screws and over several years of use it has not gotten any worse and still works fine.
