Hello guys,

I am selling my 2006 Ford Ranger... Maybe not the type of truck that would typically be on here, but it is a very capable, well rounded, fun truck (geared toward getting out to remote places in a hurry :smiley_drive:). I feel like someone on here may appreciate or be interested in it. I am not selling this truck because I have to (no divorce/bankruptcy/etc.), I am only selling it because I would like to move on to another project.

I have owned this truck since day 1, purchased brand new from Fritts Ford in Riverside, Ca. and it has been my baby ever since.

Featured in Off-Road Magazine twice. Full spread, also chosen as one of top 4 trucks of the year: 2006 Ford Ranger - http://www.fourwheeler.com/features/1204or-2006-ford-ranger-mr-clean/

No expense spared on this build. All work performed by top name Off Road racing fabrication shops in So Cal (Armada Engineering/S.I. Motorsports/Dixon Bros.) All the best components used throughout the build, and assembled with great attention to detail.

This truck does it all. Pre-run race courses, load it with gear to chase, play in the desert/dunes/rocks with 4x4, plenty of storage for extended camping trips, and then drive to work on Monday. Just passed smog/current reg, totally street legal.

Currently 120k miles on 100% stock 4.0 sohc V6 engine and 5 speed automatic trans with working 4wd. This truck has NEVER left me stranded in the desert. It has never been trailered anywhere, always driven to and from trips, been proven over many off road miles, and has always driven to work after any trip.

This truck is extremely capable, and very well equipped. Has been used as a daily driver, off road toy, and chase truck, always performed flawlessly. Always meticulously maintained/cleaned/prep before and after every trip, people always ask if it's ever been off road because it is cleaned up so well. I really take pride in my truck, and always take excellent care of it.

Please call with any questions - Lowball offers will be politely turned down.

that is incredibly cool. My son thinks its the bomb!

Thank you, I appreciate the compliment! I really love this truck, it's tons of fun, the gf enjoys driving it around town and in the desert... So she's against me selling it haha. I feel like this truck has reached a point where it's very well balanced performance wise, front/rear without sacrificing drivability on road. I'd just like to tackle a new project, so I'm hoping to find a good home for this thing. Hopefully somebody who will appreciate it, and continue to use it as it's meant to be. As the truck sits, I would not hesitate to load it with gear and drive it down the length of baja, or on a backwoods cross country mission, especially with the 4wd and locker. I was actually just down in Mex this past June and had a blast with it helping pit for a friend who was racing the 500, and planning to go pre-run part of the course for the 1000 in November if it doesn't sell by then.

Also, on an unrelated note, you'd think since it's bright yellow and so modified, that it would be a ticket machine and cops would have a field day with it. In all the years I've owned it, I've never been hassled. I was pulled over once, and asked if I was in a hurry to get anywhere. I replied no, expecting to be told I was speeding, then the officer asked if I had a minute so he could snap a few pictures LOL.

This truck is a work of art, guys. Eddie is a great seller as well. Definitely one of my favorite Ranger builds to date.

Bumping this, the truck is still available. Had a couple buyers back out. It's fully prepped, thoroughly cleaned up, and was in a booth at the off road expo in October.

Price dropped to 26k OBO

Ready to spectate, pre-run, or chase the baja1000 in November!
