2006 FG 140 Clutch bleeder issues

Hey,

Not sure if there has been a post about this yes I'm having some issues with my clutch, the whole system was drained because the vehicle was sitting for a long time and the previous owner had big dreams to upgrade this truck, however I'm stuck with an empty clutch line and a broken bleeder on the bell housing.
I've tried a number of things; - heat and a reverse thread snap on kit to pull it, it snapped leaving it likely impossible to drill out - welded a washer onto it then a bolt and not enough meat to grab on to. I'm now at the point of pulling the trans to get a new bleeder in and I really don't want to as its a full day just to fix something so simple. Any ideas would be huge.

Thanks for help in advance. Please delete if any rules are broken, I'm new here.

Picture of the truck currently for good vibes- just started needling the frame before spraying.
