Wow. Pretty sure that was an expo members rig that got hit by a semi truck that slid off the road and pushed it into a pole, and thus the door damage.

This van was bought last winter at Auction (copart) for 15k, I bid on it as well... (and as mentioned was a member of this forum that had owned it before it got totaled). The current owner has done nothing other than a little fiberglass repair and paint the rockers with raptor plus a few other details like rear bumper, the front bumper was on there already even though they state it was installed by them... There covid up charge is silly, especially for a Salvage title rig. Built out its worth what they are asking... it's worth about 25k as it sits with a salvage title in my book. But I guess the market will be the deciding factor and someone will probably pay the asking price or a little less. Other factor with a salvaged title is getting it insured properly. Most insurance companies will bock at having it covered for it's value when finished. It's a sweet rig don't get me wrong, but having a salvage title rig has many downside when you try and insure your investment.

To answer the original question, it was a ujoint 4x4 conversion, so very legit and solid build. Big question is if current owner remedied all issues related to it being totaled. Previous owner told me that the front axle might have been damaged and the post mentions nothing about that.
