This is just under 700 lbs. I tow it with a KIA Sportage, equiped with a factory class 2 hitch setup. I barely notice it's back there. Everything is new, and tested, working properly. Extras include wheel chocks, wheel boot locks, tongue locks, jack, tire iron, 3 freshly laundered sleeping bags, pillows, portable lighting.
