2008 Fenders Grill fit a 2002 Model E 350 ?

Just wondering if the new style 2008 and up type fenders and hoods and grills with the newer head lights can bolt on to a 2002 E 350
I have a 95 E 350 4x4 and 2002 Fenders and hood fit on it no problem.

I like the look of the 2008 and newer headlights hood fender grill set up if i find a wrecked 2008 or newer Ford E series i just want to know if anyones done the swap ?
Or tryed to do it ?

We did a 2000 7.3L EB SMB 4x4 conversion that has a '08 to '14 front clip on it.

Chris did "Poland Van" (I think that was the name) and there are several others out there.
