What’s up with the unpainted 2x4s, plywood, and metal strapping on the drivers side rear? Compartment blowout?

Ended at $32,300 much less than I thought it would, but being so big and a piece of crap RV I guess the market determined that. Would be a great rig for hitting ski area's you'd think.
