This 2010 Grandby was ordered in January 2010 and delivered in March. It has been hauled but never camped in. It is like the day it was delivered. I traded it for a motorhome I had for sale. It sold new from the factory for just under $15,000 without any tax. I'm asking $12,000. It fits any full size long bed or short bed pickup.
