2012 GLOBAL EXPEDITION VEHICLES (GXV) Safari Extreme - SOLD

Well, here goes…after much thought, we have decided to part with our rig. (I can’t even believe I’m saying that!) I’m sure the first question will be “why?” Well, it turns out when you own your own business, as I do, there can be times when you have to be more personally involved. We have been in that season for a while now and recently haven’t been able to utilize our rig like we had hoped. It is time for someone else to “continue the journey”.

I have postponed posting this as I have been traveling lately in areas where there is no connectivity. I will be available to reply to inquiries, etc. up until Friday morning June 29, 2018. Then I will be out of connectivity until Sunday afternoon July 8, 2018.

My wife and I are really interested in your vehicle. We were just at GXV last week and the idea of not having to wait a year for a build sounds inviting. Would like to know at little more about the vehicle and when we might take a look at it. Would you mind sending me a text or email when it's convenient? Thanks.

For poor on'ry people like you and like I. I wonder as I wander out under the sky...

I note that you have the spare tire / bikes on the back rack. Any chance it is strong enough and could be modified to hold a 300 pound motorcycle and move the spare to the roof rack (with a proper lifting system of course)?
Two seats in the cab of the truck only? The truck cab looks bigger than a simple day cab hence the question.

I'm sure that if the spare is relocated, one could modify the rear rack to hold a 300# motorcycle.
The cab is equipped with driver and co-pilot NATIONAL 2000 air suspension, high back sets with leather facing, heated and two (2) jump seats w/ factory 3-Point, lap and shoulder belts on custom ALUMINESS storage boxes. The cab came from the factory with a bench seat. This was removed to allow for cab-to-cabin access. We were glad to be able to utilize the factory shoulder harnesses for the jump seats.

Great looking rig. My wife and I are also interested. We live in the Monterey area and could come look at it as early as this weekend if you are available.
