2012 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited ready for Overland

Selling my 2012 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited with lots of upgrades. The reason the price is so low is it is high mileage at 157k and is also a Flood/Restored Title. This was a Texas Hurricane Jeep that was considered a total loss when the hurricanes came through Texas a few years ago. But this vehicle is very squared away. I’ve owned it for or a year and it has “Zero” mechanical issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in it and drive it across the country tomorrow. I bought it a year ago for $21k in stock form. It’s ran great ever since but my plan was to build it into and Overland style Jeep. I have literally put at least $10k into this Jeep in upgrades and after having done all this I just don’t have the time to do the adventures I’d love to do with it. Someone is going to get a steal on this Jeep. I realize that aftermarket parts don’t bring the value up a ton but if your planning on building an Overland Rig you don’t want to overlook this deal. It’s built and ready to travel. Here is a list of some of the upgrades. I’m sure I’ll miss some stuff but here is a start.

Drivers and Passenger dear bottoms reupholstered because originals were cracking.

The bad- My AM/FM radio antenna is broken so the radio doesn’t work. You can plug in your phone to listen and it works well but no AM/FM radio. Also the USB port on the Radio is broken and inoperable.
The Automatic Swaybar disconnect has been removed because it never worked right. It’s been replaced by manual disconnect links that work really well.

The Good- the 4x4 works amazing. It’s a super capable Jeep. The lockers both front and rear work perfect. Jeeps are simply amazing off road.

Jeep is located in St. George, UT. I still owe about $19.5 on it and am not interested in coming out of pocket to get rid of it. So no lowball offers. IfnI can’t sell it for what I owe I’ll just keep it and hope that in a few years I can get out and dive and use it more. Contact me via text or call me if you want more information. I’m surprised there’s been no questions about this one. If you can get past the flood damage, it’s intriguing. The price is set at the NADA average trade in price. It’s like getting the Jeep at a good price and all the mods for free.

I agree if you can get past the flood damage, this seems like a great value. Since it has been running for well for a year, the flood damage must be a non issue from a mechanical stand point.
