Selling our 2012 Livin Lite Quicksilver 10.0 Pop Up trailer. Purchased new from authorized dealer. Single owner, title in hand.
-Garage kept
-Properly maintained
These campers are made completely out of aluminum. The frame, inner structures, floor are all aluminum. No rust and very light weight.
-1050lbs....we tow using a Subaru Outback with the 4cyl engine
-Tongue weight-approx 170lbs. Very stable at highway speed.
-Factory air conditioning. Clever system. 5000btu, will turn this thing into a meat locker.
-City water hook up
-30 amp service cord for hooking up to camp site.
-12v system (battery) for powering lights, fans, etc.
-On board 5 gal water tank for boondocking
-Sink with pump style faucet
-Queen bed at each end, dinette folds down and sleeps 2. 6 can sleep inside.
-Mr. Buddy heater included (uses 1 lb tanks or can use a 20lb style propane tank with the included adapter hose.
-Awning that attaches to the side as well as full screen room included.
-Side mounted outside table, great for cooking/food prep.
-Fan included as well as water hose, lights, extension cords, wheel chock and few other accessories
-Since the floor is aluminum it can get cold in the winter so we placed removal carpet tiles down. In addition I have a box of new tiles that will go with the camper.
-Tires are good, hubs have been serviced.

ISSUES:
Small tear measured 1/8" long in tent material. Has been repaired.
Reason for selling: We have a larger camper on order.
