We are selling our 2013 ATC Bobcat. We are the second owners. As you can see in the pictures this is a mix of a full build and shell. This camper was custom ordered to be a low maintenance, off-grid camper. It has the full counter with a sink that drains outside. No running water, we use water jugs as you can see in the pictures. No worries about lines freezing, nasty water tanks, or winterizing...just fill and go. A brand new 2 gallon container is included. The icebox was deleted for more storage space. A brand new RTIC 45qt cooler is included and doubles as a seat and step up into the bed. The bed extends out to a king, we slept 3 east/west. The house battery is a 12v 35ah AGM that is charged by a simple onboard maintainer/charger. There are 3 12v outlets, and 2 120v outlets. The camper is also wired for shore power and includes a Renogy 100W suitcase solar panel & controller. We like to park in the shade, but put the solar in the sun. All of the lights are LED. An included Big Buddy heater provides heat when you don't have hookups, it heats the camper up quickly in sub-freezing conditions. The jacks are rarely used and like new. There is a Fantastic fan above the bed and normal vent above the living space. The floor is vinyl with a new rug. We did not wear shoes inside, so the carpet is nice on the feet! Some typical marking on the front where it rubbed on the truck, so I started to use a small spacer to eliminate that issue. Typical marks on the top material from folding up, probably would clean off with some sort of cleaner. The roof has a factory rack for mounting solar, etc. The smoke and CO/gas detectors were just updated. There are no issue or problems, no damage or repairs. SUPER clean inside and out. No stains or smells (I noticed some shadows on the fabric in the pics, there are no stains whatsoever on the cushions, they are like new). We only made coffee inside in the Jetboil, as did the original owner. I had this mounted on my 2014 Tacoma and 2019 Tundra. If you are wanting to put this on a full size truck, I have the jack extensions and Foamular 250 panels for underneath. On the Tundra it fits even with the bed sides, which is nice if you plan to go on narrower roads. I have the original certificate of origin from ATC, the camper has never been titled. According to ATC the shipping weight was 700 lbs. We are firm at $13,500. No shipping. Please feel free to PM with any questions.
