FOR SALE: 2013 Somerset Evolution E2 Off-Road Pop-Up Camper Trailer
$11,500 OBO
This camper has served us well since my dad bought it new. We've towed it behind our 100-series Land Cruiser for many nights of off-grid camping.
My dad can no longer set up the pop-up by himself due to health issues, so we are selling it in order to buy a more traditional travel trailer so that he can continue to enjoy camping; albeit, not so far off the beaten path.
Large king size beds for someone looking for or requiring extra room. I'm 6'4" and I can sleep front-to-back or side-to-side; and me, my wife, and both kids usually all sleep on one bed.
Here are some of the specs/details:
•Approx 12 ft long closed, approx 25 ft long open.
•One 3,500lb axle with electric brakes (you need a 7-blade RV wiring harness with an in-cab brake controller)
•Electric motor lift assist for raising the roof
•Steel side panels, aluminum diamond plate rock guards front & rear
•One-piece aluminum roof
•King bed on each end slide out; double bed on folded dinette. Easily sleeps the 7 or 8 of us on a family trip
•Dometic 3-way Refrigerator (runs on 120VAC, 12VDC, or propane)
•Two-burner propane stove with burner cover (gives more flat counter space). Stove was used maybe 2 times, almost brand new)
•Sink with hot/cold water
•Outdoor Shower with hot/cold water
•12VAC water pump
•City water hook up and 35 gallon fresh water holding tank
•Gas furnace with thermostat
•Carrier "Air V" roof-top air conditioner
•Gas hot water tank
•Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector
•Thetford Cassette toilet
•Pioneer Stereo with AM/FM/USB/AUX/CD/WMA/MP3, Interior and Exterior speakers and removable faceplate.
•Bunk Light/Fan for each pull-out bed
•Side-Kick outdoor grill with remote LP gas connection (Grill is brand new, never been used)
•Custom shelf (3/4 HDPE cutting board material) for use on Side-Kick grill mount
•Dometic exterior awning
•15" aluminum alloy wheels with off-road tires (including full-sized spare)
•There are two 20lb propane tanks, one is completely full (never used), and the other is partially full.
•New deep cycle battery and battery box were installed last year
It pulls easily behind a vehicle with a 3,500lb towing capacity.
We are sad to see it go, but hope it can be used by another family of off-road
camping enthusiasts.
Full disclosure of minor known imperfections:
•There is a small tear in the propane tank nylon cover.
•The brackets that hold the support poles on the front bed are slightly bent, but the structural integrity is not diminished and it functions as designed.
•The interior pole for the front tent was rubbing on the tent material, so my dad put a piece of duct tape there to prevent the pole from rubbing any further; the duct tape is still there.
•There is a small dent in the left rear steel exterior corner trim piece from where my dad backed into something in the garage.
•The plastic trim on the driver's side has some scratches where my dad rubbed the garage door opening pulling it out one day.
The trailer has never been involved in any road accidents. It has been stored a climate-controlled garage since it was new.
There are no major issues with this camper - it is ready to take out on an adventure!
I have all original owner's manuals that were included with the trailer.
Clean Title In-Hand
Cash/Certified Check Only - No Trades.
