If you find that you want to mount something where the ubolt studs are sticking up, you could always get some slightly shorter ubolts so they're not poking up. Like this:

I was thinking that or just trim these ones down and clean up the threads.

Roof bars look great! Basically what I did with my truck!

Been pretty dead in here. Haven't been going out or doing all that much, just working.

Did an oil change yesterday, at 106,500miles on the xterra. Installed a trailer wire harness at the same time.
