Afghan police and army used these when I was over there 09/10. They are stout and reliable trucks and those clowns don't know what the word maintenance is either.

They sell them in Mexico, and I think they make them there also. I'm down on the border and every now and then I see one up on this side, with Mexico plates.
Not sure if you could buy one there and import it back across customs.
