I bought this van a year ago and I have lived in it for the past 10 months until I found where I want to live full time. It was an amazing vehicle to live out of but it has come time to sell it. It was originally owned by Professional skier Chris Benchetler and is designed with a ski compartment in the rear, next to the deep storage drawers. The Webasto heater and stove cooktop are both designed to use diesel directly from the van’s tank. The custom Bear art table and beautiful wooden ceiling are accents that I never stopped appreciating while spending time in the van. The hard wood floors and wooden cabinets are durable and in great shape. The cushions and bedding in the van are 2920 Sleep foam and are in decent shape, however one of the bench cushions does have a frayed end.
This van was designed to take on winter and is ready for any adventure. The 300ah house batteries provide power to the build and shore power connects near the rear of the van which allows for prolonged use of the fridge/freezer combo and the audio system which each consume more substantial amounts of power.
The wrap on the van is about 5 year old and has started to show it’s age. It has protected the factory paint job underneath but due to cracking, sun fading and a couple small holes in the wrap, it might be in need of replacing.
