Awesome truck! What an impressive spec list on the camper and you guys have done a ton of work to this thing. But begs the question, who did the original build?

Here are some upgrades over the past few weeks:

1. New Firestone W01-358-5323 airbags at all four corners (the air bags over the leaf spring perches require disassembly of the entire rear suspension, so we skipped those, which means there are two new spares and three used spares) - https://www.stengelbros.net/352-5323-W01-358-5323-Firestone-Air-Spring-Assembly_p_15947.html

2. Three new Hyundai 410W Solar Panel 132 Half-Cell Bifacial HiS-S410YH(BK) - should provide >35% more solar.

3. New Victron 250/100 MPPT to handle the new solar panels.

4. Noctua cooling fans for electrical area that are controlled by a thermal switch.

5. Coverking Frost shield protector - this really helps reduce the heat transfer thru the windshield.

To be installed:
A. Panhard bushings from Kelderman.

B. Fox shocks for rear suspension (once I get one of the piggyback reservoirs rotated).

C. Auto Agent 3 w/ unlimited DDC/CCS tunes (transfer with the vehicle).

Kelderman panhard bar bushings installed (also purchased the trailing arm bushings).
Hope to install the IVD shocks today (had to return the fox shocks because they didn’t fit).
The new solar panels are outputting >1300 watts on a warm day, which means that they should max the 100A mppt on a cool sunny day.

amazing ride! just bought a different one last year or I'd be interested. Sorry to bother with a petty question, but did the rear aluminum diff. cover come OEM with the truck? Thanks and good luck with the sale!!

It's a ford cover that we purchased on ebay. Start looking for part number LC34-4033-CB on ebay and you might get lucky. Another option is whether Banks develops one for the M300. 🤙

Labor Day 2025 update:
Reference the for sale section for the ice maker & oven & center console. ~130lbs weight reduction
Replumbed the entire fuel tank system. The original builder used marine deck fills in the driver side wall connected to 1.5” tubing that ran thru the floor and the storage boxes to connect to the tanks. Bought ford filler necks from sunrise ford and installed one between the cab and the camper, and installed one on the back wall. Both fillers connect to each other with 1.5” stainless wyes and 1.5” tubing. The fuel vents connect to the fillers, and to the dual attwood vents from the first fuel line redo (located between the cab & camper). All holes will be patched & foamed to reduce heat loss.
Installed Madico exterior silver series window tint on all camper windows - this is game changing for keeping heat out of the camper.
Removed the external shower and shower sink because there’s no need for either on a 4-season camper. Finishing the patch work after removing all of this… removing the shower sink provided almost a square foot of room in the shower. ~50lbs weight reduction
Removed the Recaro seats and installing 2020? Ford platinum seats with a center jump seat to allow seating for six. Should have power & heat/cool & massage?!? Harness by BBCD. ~110lbs weight reduction. The Recaros are for sale if someone wants them. 😁
To accommodate the seats required upgrading to auto A/C, and a new Alpine F511 radio (waaaaaay better than the Kenwood it replaced) w/ Android Auto/Carplay & obd connectivity. Still need to wire front & rear cameras to radio…and fixed the rats nest behind the old radio. 🙃
Added Dynamat & Dynapad to the front driver seats & footwells.
Rewired the wiring rats nest from the original builder - the suspension system & the wiring for the seats & console & cab - ~10 lbs weight reduction
Removed the rear winch & wiring since we have never used it - upgraded the rear winch/hitch plate to 9/16” bolts. ~100lbs weight reduction
Replaced Vitrifrigo fridge with NovaKool RFU9200 - night & day difference in cooling. Reconfigured the upper cabinet for storage with cooling fans beneath with hdpe grill…added hdpe grille below fridge for air intake.
Wired DRL headlights to upfitter switch.
Wired Rigid light to upfitter switch.
Wired DVD player to upfitter switch.
Replaced odyssey batteries.
Added Froli tension clips to the entire cabover bed.
Added 450w portable solar (Anderson connector) with disconnect and Victron SmartSolar mppt.
Added Amp power steps with Toyota 84231-60070 door switches (no obd connection). ~60lbs weight reduction Anyone with 335/365 series tires should consider these steps a necessity. 🥳
Added Seagull filter faucet (filtered water) & Hansgrohe kitchen faucet (unfiltered water).
Adding wago connectors to interior lights where possible for easier replaceability.
Replaced all 18 bolts attaching the camper to the subframe with vibration-resistant lock washers & threadlocker (2 bolts were missing). 🤔
Added another aluminum strut channel to the rear wall and relocated the stair hanger between the rear windows.
Installed upgraded instrument cluster from https://www.clustersbylivnitup.com/

Feel like there’s something that’s missing…all told, ~400 lbs of weight reduction occurred over the summer. When everything is buttoned up, the truck will be fueled and cross the CAT scale for a weigh-in. 👍

May upgrade the steering to kryptonite products to make the truck drive even smoother…

We’ve done all of this to make the truck more enjoyable for us, and to make a better vehicle for a future owner.
