Known Issues
  • This is a DIY camper van, and not a professionally built camper. As such, the build isn't perfect. If you come for a van tour, we will be transparent and point out as many of the small imperfections as possible. But none of the imperfections are serious to warrant a rebuild of the interior.
  • Large vertical windshield crack on the very right side. Not necessary to replace, especially since there is UV window film. But you can decide to replace it if you like.
  • Some minor dents in the rear doors when we backed into a mudbrick wall. Doh!
  • The sliding door was repainted a slightly different color of white.
  • One of the wheel hubcaps is missing.
  • Bench foam cushions (aka the mattress) are getting soft. Could be replaced with new 5” foam. But still usable.
  • Faint liquid stain residue on the front of the roof.
  • The lithium batteries are 5 years old and we still trust them when off-grid camping. But they do not keep the voltage as well as if they were new. This is perfectly fine for 12V devices and 120V appliances with low watts. But for 120V devices rated above 900W, they can be difficult to power when battery capacity drops below 70%.
  • ZERO known issues with the overall van engine compartment.

If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at the above email address.
