Looking to sell my 2018 Regular Cab, Long bed F150 in the "XL" trim.
Truck was purchased new in late November 2018 for the express purpose of hauling a slide in camper, and has been modified to support that. The rear leaf springs have had 3x leafs added in each side to support that, roughly 2000 lbs, and as a result rides kind of rough right now. Removing a leaf or two would substantially improve the ride, but remove it's effective payload. Stock, this vehicle legally actually has more payload than a Diesel Dodge 2500.
All of the work done to the truck was performed at reputable shops. The flatbed was installed by Idaho Trailer Sales who literally sells thousands of these a year. The gears were installed by Yukon themselves in Everett, WA and all of the RPG Offroad parts were installed by RPG Offroad themselves.
Truck is in overall good condition - nothing is mechanically wrong with it, and it has been reliable over the course of its life but it is by no means a show truck. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country tomorrow, and have done so as recently as April with this.
Oil changes were done every 5000 miles.
2018 F150 Regular Cab with 8 Foot Bed
Bench Seat
3.3 V6
86,000 Miles on Odometer
Modifications:
4.88 Yukon Gears
Clazzio "Leather" Seat Covers (probably my favorite modification)
Hillsboro Series 2000 Flatbed w/Aluminum Underboxes
Kings 2.5 Coilovers with Reservoir and Adjusters
Kings 2.5 Rear Shocks with Reservoirs and Adjusters
RPG Offroad Rear Shock Mounts
Kings 2.5x4 Bump Stops
RPG Offroad Frame Support
WARN F150 Ascent Front Winch Bumper
Method Wheels with 35x12.5 Nitto Ridge Grappler Tires w/good tread
Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator (Speedometer reads correct)
Built Right Ind Dash Mount (for RAM and 67D accessories)
Built Right Ind Antenna
Baja Designs Flush Mount S2 Amber and White
Rock lights all around
The "not so great"
Both doors have dents in them from damage received offroad. I have gotten quotes from MAACO to fix it for around $500 *with* paint.
The IWE system (the vacuum system which controls the locking hubs) in the front has been a particular nuisance. I have replaced it probably 5-6 times over the course of owning the truck, and I would recommend the future owner to just delete the system (a common Raptor "fix"). When they fail they revert to locked so your 4x4 will always work.
Period check-engine light (evap codes) will come on because of the fuel filler cap. If you switch to a screw on fitting (which you can get at a Hardware Store) it will go away, it's just more annoying.
Rear shocks could probably be revalved soon.
Crack on the driver window, and windshield. Don't block field of vision. Will get these replaced if I get my asking.
Truck is located in Seattle, WA. I can ship it, or deliver it anywhere as long as the buyer covers costs.
I am looking for $21,000.
