This 2019 manufacturer floor model was purchased new in 2020. Due to Covid restrictions it actually had little use the first 1.5 years. I estimate approximately 5k miles on her with the bulk being highway miles on a trip to Moab, UT and back (Northern CA) and some trips between Northern CA and Southern CA. I'm only selling because I'm getting old and caved to the temptation to buy a van this winter. This trailer is awesome.

Items of Note - Known Issues That I'd Like To Be Upfront About:
- The ceiling fan seal failed in winter 2023/24. The trailer company is no longer a going concern after being sold in 2023. The original founder however is still available for consultation and repairs. He repaired the damage comprehensively in 2024 and used a stronger marine seal for the fan. He reported that he had only one other incident of this happening and it was a trailer built within six months of this one. He speculates that the original sealant was a bad batch. I decided to apply flashing sealant tape to the outside edges of the fan as an extra precautionary measure as the original leak was a pain the you know what.
- There is a small indentation in the interior wood panel of the kitchen door near the top. It is very easy to not be mindful of items on the top shelf in the kitchen when closing the door and hard items can cause damage to this panel.
- There is some superficial surface rust on stabilizer/leveling/floor jacks.
- There is some small pitting on the skin of the cabin of the trailer near the sides from small debris being kicked-up by tow vehicle. It is just cosmetic and can only really be seen upon close inspection.
- There are a few white mark discolorations on front storage box and metal cage from when I was doing a triage repair to the ceiling fan leak. I was using the storage box and metal cage as a workbench and got some epoxy on it.
